Kaz, the driving force behind InvestHer, empowers women to build wealth and freedom through property. Inspired by her late mother, “Amazing Grace,” a real estate entrepreneur, Kaz supports independent women. While working alongside Michael at Propell Property, she identified the need for InvestHer. Kaz also manages Propell’s growth and partnerships while balancing life as a mum to two boys.

Michael Pell, founder of Propell Property, brings 20+ years of expertise to creating bespoke property investment strategies. His company now serves thousands globally, helping clients build wealth through transparent, authentic services. Partnering with his wife Karen, they’ve launched InvestHer Australia to empower women in property. Outside work, Michael enjoys family time at the beach and AFL.
